PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sill packing with a mortar receiver capable of preventing blocking-up of an air vent, with excellent workability, by providing sufficient strength for a stop plate, when applying mortar finishing to an outer peripheral surface of a foundation. SOLUTION: A packing material is interposed between the foundation and a sill of a building, and adopts a technological means that a plurality of opening parts 10, 10, etc. penetrating over in the vertical direction are arranged at a predetermined interval in a longitudinal plate-like body part 1, and while a plurality of ventilation holes 13, 13, etc. penetrating in the width direction are continuously formed at the predetermined interval in a long edge side part on the under surface side 12 of the body part 1, a mortar receiving plate 2 is attached to the outside of a long edge installation part of the body part 1, and this mortar receiving plate 2 is formed in a waveform cross section, and a plurality of waveform ribs 21, 21, etc. are integrally molded in the width direction of an upper surface.
