PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening device which enables a door and a door frame to be unfixed by human power, when the door can be hardly opened by having the door 10 and the door frame 20 firmly fixed together because the door frame is deformed by earthquakes etc. SOLUTION: This door opening device comprises: an extrusion member 32 rotatable on the axis 35a of rotation; a case 80 which rotatably supports the extrusion member and which is fixed to the door frame 20; and a control lever 70 for turning the extrusion member 32 to an extruding position from a stationary one. The extrusion member 32 does not inhibit a door end portion 12 from getting closer to the door frame 20 in the stationary position, and separates the door end portion 12 from the door frame 20 by coming into contact with a predetermined portion of the indoor-side door end portion 12 of the door when turned to the extruding position, so as to unfix the door and the door frame.
