PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall, varying the through-view state of seeing through a transparent glass sheet in many ways to thereby give moderate stimulation, peace of mind, and further a healing function to a partition wall tending to be innocuous. SOLUTION: This partition wall 1 for partitioning space includes a pair of transparent glass sheets disposed to form a space 6 for arranging ornamental objects between them, wherein the paired transparent glass sheets 3, 4 are respectively provided with light modulating means for modulating light transmitted through the transparent glass sheets 3, 4.
