PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive which does not cause fluff of a paper container in peeling while maintaining an excellent low-temperature heat sealing property and stable peeling strength, and exhibits excellent blocking resistance and antistatic performance, and provide an easily peelable film obtained by the adhesive. SOLUTION: The adhesive contains (B) 5-20 pts.wt. of a tackifier resin, and (C) 3-10 pts.wt. of a low-molecular-weight ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer of which viscosity measured at 180°C by using the Brookfield viscometer is 50-1000 mPa s with respect to (A) 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer of which the vinyl acetate content measured by JIS K6924-1 is 3-18 wt.%, and of which a melt mass flow rate measured by JIS K6924-1 is 5-40g/10min.
