PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal module which can be stably driven by suppressing breakage of a source driver and a gate driver. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal module A has a liquid crystal cell 5 and an operation driver 52 (53) connected to the liquid crystal cell 5 and outputting an operation signal to the liquid crystal cell 5. The operation driver 52 (53) is formed by mounting a surface of a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped driver IC 522 (532) on a film substrate 521 (531) having flexibility. The operation driver 52 (53) is wired by avoiding non-wired regions 5,212 (5,312) in the vicinity of parts where the film substrate 521 (531) comes in contact with the corner parts of the driver IC 522 (532).
