PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sticking capability of a sheet to be stuck to a radiation detection device. SOLUTION: By working a sheet 300 whose rigidity has been enhanced by sticking a reinforcing film 306 so that its external shape is made rectangular, beforehand, and using its two end faces 102B, 102D as positioning references, its positioning relative to the detection device 102 becomes easier. Additionally, the external shape of the protective film 200 can be worked with accuracy higher than in the case of processing the protective film 200 alone, by working the external shape into a rectangular shape, after the enhancement of its rigidity. Moreover, since the reinforcing film 306 is stuck and the rigidity of the whole is enhanced, stickability is improved. Since a cut part 306A is formed in the reinforcing film 306, it becomes easier to stick the sheet astride a side surface 102B of a parapet wall and the surface 102A of the device.
