摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CT (computerized tomography) monitor which can enhance the accuracy of measurement of a current capacity of a charged particle beam by removing variation of the ground due to long-term noise and the effect of short-term noise. SOLUTION: The CT monitor has a hollow circular ferrite core 12 inside of which the charged beam 1 passes, a forward winding coil and a reverse winding coil which output signals proportional to a field change that occurs inside the ferrite core, and a noise removal circuit 20 which removes in-phase noises of long and short periods from the output signals of the forward winding coil and the reverse winding coil. The reverse and forward winding coils are so designed that the output signals due to by the field change have the same magnitude and reverse signs. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
