PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head motion tracker device capable of specifying a current position or a current angle of a head of a passenger to a moving body in a wide range, even if a moving range of a helmet with a head mounting type display device mounted on the head of the passenger is large relative to the moving body having a restriction on installation of a camera device. SOLUTION: The head motion tracker device 1 includes three or more optical markers 4, the camera device 2 having a first camera 2a and a second camera 2b, an optical marker position information calculation part 23 for calculating optical marker position information showing current positions of at least three optical markers 4 relative to the camera device 2 based on a first image and a second image, and a relative head information calculation part 22 for calculating relative head information including the current position and the current angle of the head of the passenger 3 relative to the moving body 30 on which the passenger 3 is boarded.
