PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deicing apparatus, efficiently achieving deicing. SOLUTION: This ice heat storage apparatus 2 stores ice made by an ice making apparatus 10 in a heat storage tank 20. An actuator 110 of the deicing apparatus 100 is mounted on an ice making plate 11 of the ice making apparatus 10. In the ice making apparatus 10, thin ice is formed on the outer surface of the ice making plate 11. When the power supply of the deicing apparatus is supplied, the actuator 110 is driven to cause deformation by itself according to the applied voltage. The force generated by this deformation is applied to the thin ice, thereby slipping off the thin ice from the ice making plate 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
