PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully automatic assembling apparatus for a previously molded hanger base body, pinch pieces, and horseshoe springs. SOLUTION: The hanger assembling apparatus includes: a base body supply part for taking out one hanger base body from a stack part, and setting right and left hanger shaft parts to set frames on the base body; a pinch arraying part for arraying the pinch pieces taken out from a feeder in two strings so as to allow the ventral parts to face each other; a spring arraying part for arraying the horseshoe springs taken out from the feeder; a travelling body having a pinch holding means for holding the pinch pieces in the first and second strings of the pinch arraying part and inserting the pinch pieces by holding the hanger shaft parts of the right and left set frames; a travelling body having a spring holding means for holding the first and second horseshoe springs of the spring arraying part and inserting the springs to a part between the pinch pieces previously inserted to the right and left set frames; and a hammer means for striking the horseshoe springs.
