PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the easiness to peel the joint edge part of the front and rear bodies. SOLUTION: This panty-shaped disposable paper diaper is constituted of an absorbent main body 10, the exterior sheet 20 for the rear body, which is formed by arranging a large number of elastic stretch members between two pieces of nonwoven fabric along a waist part and a body periphery part and joined to the rear body side of the absorbent main body 10, and the exterior sheet 30 for the front body, which is formed by arranging a large number of the elastic stretch members between two pieces of nonwoven fabric along the waist part and the body periphery part and joined to the front body side of the absorbent main body 10. A joining strength reducing region 50, of which the joining strength is relatively set weaker than that of another joint edge part 40B, is formed to the region of the whole or a part of one joint edge part 40A of joint edge parts 40A and 40B of both side ends to differentiate the average joining strength of one joint edge part 40A from that of another joint edge part 40B.
