PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip allowing a worker to get in and out a steering part easily. SOLUTION: This assist grip 31 for supporting worker's weight when the worker gets in and out the steering part of a tractor 1 is constituted by letting both of right and left ends of the assist grip 31 pass through a hole 10a provided on an upper face of a dash board 10 provided in front of a steering wheel 11 and fixing basic parts 31b at both ends of the assist grip in a stay part 42 provided in the dash board 10 by a tightening member. Fitting parts 42a for fitting the basic parts 31b at both ends of the assist grip are integrally formed in the stay part 42, and the basic parts 31b at both ends of the assist grip are arranged while they are fitted into the fitting parts 42a.
