PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting device capable of preventing the occurrence of breather blow without fail. SOLUTION: This power transmitting device constituted to transmit power through a rotary member stored in the inside of a housing 6 to scrape up lubricating oil by the rotary member is provided with a high speed rotary member 4R making peripheral speed in the outermost peripheral part in the inside of the housing 6 high speed relatively and at least two low speed rotary members C2, R2 making peripheral speed in the outermost peripheral part in the inside of the housing 6 low speed relatively as the rotary members. The breather 30 connecting the inside of the housing 6 to its outside is provided in a section 18 being closer to the low speed rotary member than the high speed rotary member.
