PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a medical treatment apparatus, in which the good fluorescent images of a specimen tissue can be obtained with low noises irrespective of distances to it. SOLUTION: The medical treatment apparatus is characterized in that it is provided with a first illumination window 17 to irradiate a specimen with first light from a first light source 3, a second illumination window 23 provided at a position differing from that of the first light window and irradiating the specimen with second light from a second light source 16, an electronic imaging device 15 (14) to image the specimen, an image creation device 64 to create an image for observation based on imaging signals obtained by the electronic imaging device, a light modulator 51 to modulate the respective amounts of light irradiated through the first and second illumination windows by their synchronization, and a controller 50 to control the light modulator or the image creator so that the image for observation can maintain its prescribed color tone in accordance with increased or decreased amounts of light from the first illumination window.
