A method for processing a stripper of a piercing mold for a plasma display panel bracket cover is provided to improve precision of a piercing hole by exactly re-machining the shape and machining dimension of a piercing hole. A method for processing a stripper of a piercing mold for a plasma display panel bracket cover comprises a step of cutting a piece in the predetermined size and machining the piece at designed size(S100); a step of drilling a piercing hole at regular size and interval(S200); a step of solidifying the structure of a base metal formed with a piercing hole(S300); a step of polishing the surface of the base metal(S400); a step of expanding the piercing hole(S500); and a step of attaching a fitting pin to a die plate of the base material and a stripper plate(S600).
