A battery is provided to block the flow of the short-circuit current even in case the short circuit is generated between a plurality of batteries and to maintain the function of a battery by suppressing the temperature rise of a battery. A battery comprises the first electrode, the second electrode, a generating factor and an exterior materials(22). The first electrode is formed with any one of a positive active material layer(12) or a negative active material layer(15) to the first current collector(11). The second electrode is formed with the other of a positive active material layer or a negative active material layer to a second current collector(14). The generating factor comprises a unit cell layer consisting of an electrolyte layer(13) positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The exterior materials seal a generating factor.
