<p>A neutral maintenance apparatus of the hydrostatic stepless transmission is provided to solve the problem of noting the neutral state of the hydrostatic stepless transmission. A neutral maintenance apparatus of the hydrostatic stepless transmission comprises a first member(13) in which it is formed to dig having the concave part, a second member(14) including the cam follower which digs, is combined, a spring(15) pressurizing the second member to the first member. The first member rotates with the trunnion shaft. The first member is shaped like the folding-fan.
