An apparatus and method for Service SF Flow management in a broadband wireless communication system are provided. The apparatus includes a creator for creating a SF management message including a plurality of SF identifiers to perform the same management for a plurality of SFs, and a transmitter for transmiting the management message created in the creator to an opponent node.
