A data output circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to reduce relatively power consumption due to an excessive size of a driver and a trouble due to an overshoot of a main driver by reducing driving force of the main driver under an external supply voltage more than a tolerance range. A data output circuit of a semiconductor device includes a control unit(220) and a data output buffer(230). The control unit generates a controls signal(S_S) corresponding to a level of an external supply voltage. The data output buffer receives a data signal(D_Out) and drives the data signal by using driving force corresponding to a level of the external supply voltage according to a control signal. |
