Vehicle structure arrangement comprising a pressurizable reinforcement element (4; 24; 34) preferably arranged interiorly a beam, such as an A-pillar to reinforce said beam. The reinforcement element is a tubular element (4; 24; 34) having a flexible wall portion (8) which tubular element is adapted to be self-stiffened when being in a pressurized active state. The material and dimension of the tubular element wall portion (8) are adapted to withstand actual stresses along longitudinal direction of said wall portion (8), in said pressurized active state. The reinforcement element may be activated by a pre-crash unit (12).
