<p>The present invention provides reduced coenzyme 0 10 with a low reduced coenzyme Q 10 analog content, which is useful as food, food with nutrient function claims, food for specified health use, nutritional product, nutritional supplement, animal drug, drink, feed, cosmetic, pharmaceutical product, therapeutic drug, prophylactic drug and the like, and a production method of the reduced coenzyme Q 10 . The present invention also provides a production method of reduced coenzyme Q 10 which includes subjecting reduced coenzyme Q 10 to chromatography under oxidation preventive conditions, or purifying oxidized coenzyme Q 10 by chromatography and converting the oxidized coenzyme Q 10 to reduced coenzyme Q 10 .
