An apparatus for storing electronic signature capable of removing reproducibility of electronic signature, a method thereof, and a record medium for executing the same are provided to generate an encrypted signature by adding an imitation stroke based on insertion position information of the imitation stroke to an electronic signature. A method for storing electronic signature capable of removing reproducibility of electronic signature comprises the following steps: a step for inputting a signature and a password from a user or a signer(S100); a step for generating an imitation stroke and insertion position information of the imitation stroke after encrypting the password(S110); and a step for generating an encrypted signature by adding the imitation stroke to the signature(S120).
