A door trim mounted structure for the vehicle is provided that the hook portion is integrally formed in the door trim and the uniform quality of product is maintained. A door trim mounted structure for the vehicle comprises a hook portion(220) which is integrally formed in the edge of the door trim(200), a recess(110) which is formed in the door inside panel in order to correspond to the size of the door trim, a penetration hole which the recess is formed. The hook portion of the door trim is inserted and fixed to the penetration hole. The door trim is fixed to the door inside panel. The hook portion comprises a breakaway preventive projection and barrier protrusion.
