A foreign material cleaner is provided to reduce whole size by changing cross section of a recovery tank and a dust collector to a square shape. A foreign material cleaner comprises a cyclone(20) separating, through centrifugal force, all kinds of contaminant drawn in from work space; a dust collector(30) absorbing fine drying foreign material, connected to a cyclone; a vacuum pump(40) supplying suction force to the cyclone and the dust collector, connected to the dust collector; and a muffler(50) absorbing noise of air discharged, connected to a vacuum pump through a complex connection tool. A complex connection tool comprises a rubber pipe absorbing vibration, and a complex pipe including air passage having tapered cross section in order to remove noise easily. The complex pipe is connected, through a first bolt, to a flange connection part of the vacuum pump and fastened to a flange of the rubber pipe through a second bolt.
