METHOD OF TRANSMITTING DATA USING HARQ

A method of transmitting data using an HARQ is provided to prevent data transmission collision between terminals and to maintain a more stable data transfer rate by adaptively judging the data retransmission. A HARQ data are received from a base station(S210). A NACK, which shows that there is an error in the HARQ data, is transmitted to the base station(S220). In the case that down link scheduling information which is used for transmitting the HARQ data and other new HARQ data is received from the base station, an ACK/NACK error message showing that the base station determines NACK as ACK in the wrong way is transmitted to the base station(S270).
