An advertisement offering device, a method, and a recording medium thereof are provided to analyze personal information of users connecting to contents or web pages, in a direct way, thereby offering customized contents providing services exactly matched with the users. Contents URLs are collected and stored. An open-type URL which is a location address where user information is stored is received from a user terminal. The user information is received from an open-type URL operation server which operates the open-type URL, by using an address of the received open-type URL. A contents URL matched with the user information is selected. A web page document inserted with the selected contents URL is transmitted to the user terminal. |
