A vertical annealing furnace is provided to discharge a combustion gas from the vertical annealing furnace through a plurality of first stacks in order to disperse heat, thereby preventing deformation of a muffle. A vertical annealing furnace comprises the following units. A stack(170) penetrating a muffle is installed in a side of the vertical annealing furnace. The stack is positioned at a predetermined distance from a lowest bottom of a muffle. The stack includes a plurality of first stacks(171), a ring shaped second stack(172), and a third stack(173). The plurality of first stacks are installed in a right angle direction of a side wall of the muffle. |
