A payment relay method and a payment terminal are provided to discount payment charges simply and efficiently, or to reserve points for the payment charges, with regard to benefits assigned to an operation device which complies with operation limitation regulations. A data communicable recording medium(2) records information on operation limitation regulations, and provides the information to an operation device. A reading device(3) reads the information of the recording medium. A payment terminal(4) provides a space for payment benefits in accordance with the operation limitation regulations, and obtains the information read by the reading device. A payment relay server(5) is connected with the payment terminal to transceive data, and relays payment in the space with a financial institution. A server of a supervising institution supervises the operation limitation regulations. |
