A colored photosensitive resin composition, a color filter prepared by using the composition, and an LCD device containing the color filter are provided to improve the hardness of a film and to prevent the generation of developing residue on a substrate. A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a binder resin which is a resin containing an unsaturated bond obtained by reacting a copolymer comprising (A1) to (A3) and (A4); a photopolymerizable compound; a photopolymerization initiator; a coloring material; and a solvent, wherein (A1) is a compound having an isobornyl group and an unsaturated bond; (A2) is a compound having an unsaturated bond capable of copolymerizable with (A1) and (A3); (A3) is an unsaturated carboxylic acid; (A4) is a compound having an unsaturated epoxy group; and the binder resin comprises 2-19 mol% of the unit derived from (A1), 5-80 mol% of the unit derived from (A2), 5-80 mol% of the unit derived from (A3) and 5-60 mol% of the unit derived from (A4) to the mol of the unit derived from (A3).
