FIRE RESISTANT SPRAYABLE COMPOSITION FOR EXPLOSIVE SPALLING PREVENTION AND METHOD OF SPRAYING USING THE SAME

A fire-resistant spout paint composition is provided to improve adhesive ability of concrete structure when spraying the spout paint composition by adding a polymer dispersion, to reduce weight of the spout paint composition by containing light weight fine aggregate, to improve workability of the spraying operation. A fire-resistant spout paint composition(40) comprises cement 5~30 weight%, fly ash 10~30 weight%, alkaline solution 5~30 weight%, aggregate 30~70 weight%, clay 5~30 weight%, organic fiber 0.1~1.0 weight% and polymer dispersion 1~5 weight%. The alkaline solution is potassium hydroxide or NaOH having pH of 12 ~ 14 and a concentration is 1 ~ 6 mol/L. The organic fiber is polypropylene fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber and polyethylene fiber or nylon.
