A printer of printed circuit board is provided to print a serial number on the surface of PCB and reduce an operation process by inserting an element into a pallet which is inserted into the surface mounting of PCB. A printer of printed circuit board includes a serial number printing device(10), a surface mounting unit(12) setting up part on the surface of PCB, a suck body and a pallet(16). A printing member is inserted into a hole on the palate which is not used for inserting the element. A board under is formed under the printing member, and an attachable rubber in which a serial number is carved is arranged under the board.
