A coating solutions detecting apparatus for lamp is provided to accurately sense the location of the fluorescent material by approaching a pair of detection sensor on the circumference of lamp. The one side of the body(110) is fixed to the moving member. The other side of the body is pivotally combined in a pair of arm(120). The arm has the plate or the bar shape. The arm is rotated with the rotating means(140) in the clockwise direction or counter-clockwise direction. The Extending bar(122,124) have the different length according to the longitudinal direction of the arm. The extending bar is rotated with the arm. The rotating means(130) pivotally binds the body and the arm. The rotating means is rotated by one among the step motor, and the servo motor and the rotary actuator. The detection sensor is formed in the end of the extending bar.
