A shaft packing exchanging structure of the butterfly valve is provided to separate the cartridge and exchange the packing when the packing is worn away. A shaft packing exchanging fabric of the butterfly valve comprises a cartridge(11) receiving the shaft inserted into the part in which the shaft(14) of the valve body(12) is mounted, and O-ring and oil seal preventing the leak of the fluid inside the cartridge.
