An environmentally friendly choke pen is provided to prevent the generation of chalk dust, to ensure excellent writing quality, and to be used for all kinds of blackboards. A method for preparing environmentally friendly choke pen comprises a step for manufacturing the puffy mixture by mixing vegetable powder, pine resin powder and water soluble polymer resin with water in the amount of 70% based on the total composition; a step for adding vegetable pigment, alcohol 5~10% and antifoaming agent 1~2%; a step for forming the solid material containing the moisture of 5% by drying the mixture at a temperature of 30~40 °C and a step for molding the solid material in a chalk shape. |
