VIBRATION REDUCTION SYSTEM FOR AN OPERATOR IN CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

A vibration reduction device for an operator of construction equipment is provided to minimize the vibration transferred to an operator actively by measuring the vibration changing according to working environment on a real time basis. A vibration reduction device for an operator of construction equipment comprises a mechanical spring(2) and a gas spring(3) absorbing the impact of a seat of a cabin primarily, a magneto-rheological fluid damper(6) absorbing the impact of the seat of the cabin secondarily, a shock absorber(4) installed between the seat of the cabin and the bottom of the cabin, a three-axis acceleration sensor(7) sensing the vibration of the bottom of the cabin and generating the vibration in low-frequency signals of a three-axis channel, and a controller(10) receiving the signals generating in the three-axis acceleration sensor and controlling the magneto-rheological fluid damper.
