PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line conversion structure for preventing unrequired conversion to a parallel plate mode and improving line conversion efficiency in the line conversion part of a substrate line and a dielectric line and to provide a high frequency circuit and radio equipment using it. SOLUTION: The dielectric line (NRD guide) is constituted by providing dielectric strips 3 and 3' between upper and lower conductor plates 1 and 2 forming conductor surfaces parallel to each other, a substrate 4 is arranged so as to make a part of a conductor pattern 5 formed on the substrate 4 be close to or overlapped with the dielectric strips 3 and 3' and the substrate line by the conductor pattern provided on the substrate 4 and the dielectric line by the dielectric strips 3 and 3' are connected. A gap between the side part of the dielectric strips 3 and 3' and a side wall w at the line connection part is made equal to or less than the half wave of a primary parallel plate mode in a using frequency band generated between the upper and lower conductor surfaces. |
