PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cost accompanied by issuing a prepaid card from being increased by a method wherein a memory medium having identification information stored therein is installed on a vehicle, a wireless communication is performed between the memory medium and a receiver device installed at the oil dispensing location and an oil dispensing charge is settled with a reserved oil dispensing charge of the identification information stored in a fair adjustment means. SOLUTION: An oil dispensing monitoring device 4 and each of control circuits 3 are connected to a sales administration device 5 having a customer information data base 6 storing a vehicle identification number and a prepaid charge information corresponding to the vehicle identification number. In addition, an entrance of the oil dispensing location is provided with an entrance antenna 7 and an entrance transmitter/receiver 8, they are mounted on a vehicle to perform a wireless communication with a vehicle-mounted tag storing the vehicle identification number therein and to receive a vehicle identification number. Then, the vehicle identification number is outputted to the sales administration device 5 and a fair adjustment of oil dispensing charge is carried out at the sales administration device 5 on thie basis of the customer database 6. With such an arrangement as above, the oil dispensing station has no load for issuing a prepaid card and a customer does not require any carrying of the prepaid card. |
