A reinforcement structure for transferring load to a joint and the construction method thereof are provided to reinforce load transfer capability by heightening stiffness on a joint of a slab and a column and to place concrete easily and tightly accordingly. A reinforcement structure for transferring load to a joint comprises a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars(40) passing through an upper column(10), a slab(20) and a lower column(30), and an internal confining pipe having two ends located in the upper column and the lower column through a slab and the inside filled with high-strength concrete, wherein the upper column and the lower column are made of high-strength concrete.
