<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin client/server system that dispenses with the installation of device drivers in thin clients. <P>SOLUTION: A device control data transfer part 14 sends a control ID, a device ID and device control data to a device control data transfer control part 22 of the thin client 2 (S67).
