A high-luminance inorganic electro luminescence device is provided to realize amplified luminance by implementing various colors and making the wavelength of the inorganic EL shorter than that of the light source. A high brightness inorganic EL device is compose of devices: a phosphor layer(20), a transparent insulating substrate formed on the phosphor layer; a first electrode(30) formed on the transparent insulating substrate; an electroluminescence fluorescent layer(40) formed on the first electrode; a second electrode(60) formed on the electroluminescent phosphor layer; a hole-transport layer(50); an insulation - oxidation protection layer(70) and protective film(80) on the second electrode.
