A PIN entry device for use with chip and PIN verification uses a rotating dial to input the digts of the PIN instead of the normal keypad. A user may press a button to select the next digit, the dial being rotated until the digit shown is correct. The display of the current number can be restricted using a lens and the order of the digits could be randomly selected. |
