A ceiling suspension type air conditioner in which a sufficient circulating air flow amount can be achieved to thereby achieve fresh air quality, and high temperature distribution performance can be achieved. The ceiling suspension type air conditioner is equipped with an air-conditioner main body and a total enthalpy heat exchanger main body integrated with the air-conditioner main body. Air blow-out ports of the respective bodies are formed independently of each other, and the respective air blow-out ports are disposed in proximity to each other so that air blown out from the air blow-out port of the air-conditioner main body and air blown out from the air blow-out port of the total enthalpy heat exchanger main body are freely mixed with each other at the exit of each air blow-out port.
