<p>The operation method involves placing gearwheel (5) to be machined at arbitrary rotational angle position on an arbor (6). Tooth areas of gearwheel lateral external surface facing toward the machining wheel (4) rest on lateral tooth areas of machining wheel. The machining wheel is set into rotation. The gearwheel slides axially on arbor into machining position. Tooth gaps of two overlapping areas of gearwheel and machining wheel are rotated one over the other. The gearwheel and machining wheel mutually engage. The gearwheel to be machined is fixed on arbor, and actual machining begins.</p> |
