A veneer floor covering is provided to reinforce wear resistance of the molten PET sheet layer although a molten PET sheet layer of the veneer floor covering is considerably thin as compared with a conventional veneer floor covering, and to improve productivity of a finished product by easily performing an operation of adhering respective layers of the veneer floor covering. A veneer floor covering(100) comprises: a molten PET sheet layer(10) with a thickness of 0.07 to 0.24 mm consisting of upper and lower PET films(11,12) which have a hot melting temperature of 70 to 80 deg.C and a thickness of 0.01 to 0.02 mm and are made from PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) resin, and a PET sheet(13) which has a thickness of 0.05 to 0.20 mm and is made from the PET resin; an upper synthetic resin layer(20) that is a synthetic resin sheet laid up on a bottom part of the molten PET sheet layer; an adhesive film layer(30) that is an adhesive film which is laid up on a bottom part of the upper synthetic resin layer and formed by coating top and bottom parts of a synthetic resin film(31) with an EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) adhesive(32); a veneer(40) that is a natural wood laid up on a bottom part of the adhesive film layer; a PU(Polyurethane) bond-impregnated glass fiber layer(50) laid up on a bottom part of the veneer; and a lower synthetic resin layer(60) adhered to a bottom part of the veneer by the PU bond-impregnated glass fiber layer.
