A system for offering cash-back capable of creating profit source by responding to medicine purchase is provided to deposit the cash-back corresponding to a medicine purchase amount to a pharmacy account. An information register links/stores pharmacy account information, drug company account information, and cash-back policy information to a storage medium. An information receiver receives a payment approval request message including card information and medicine purchase amount information. An information reader reads the card information and the medicine purchase amount information from the message. An information checker checks the pharmacy account information corresponding to a card and the drug company account information corresponding to the pharmacy account by linking with the storage medium. An information producer calculates a cash-back amount corresponding to the medicine purchase amount. An information processor deposits the calculated cash-back amount to the pharmacy account. |
