An electronic capacity test device of pre-mold rubber sleeve is provide to automate a series of operation procedure according to an electrical performance test like a withstand voltage test and a partial discharge test of a rubber sleeve. A loader(10) supports a full load of a testing device(1). A movable part(20) is mounted in the loader and comes and goes in operating procedure of a driving part(30) according to a guide(21) and mounts a test tool(27). A fixing unit fixes the cable of a terminal connection box(A) and a gas terminal connection box(B) through a first fixing part(40) and a second fixing part(50) mounted on the loader. A braking part(60) is mounted on the loader and is expanded and shrank by compressed air of a compressor(61) and fixes a second fixing part. A controller(70) outputs operation signals to electrical equipments used in the drive of the testing device.
