An aromatic diamine compound and an aromatic dinitro compound are provided to obtain a high molecular weight material having high heat resistance, low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss tangent and low number absorption coefficient. An aromatic diamine compound has a structure indicated as the following chemical formula (1). In the chemical formula (1), - (O-X-O) - shows a moiety of the following chemical formula (2) or the chemical formula (3); - (Y-O) - shows the arrangement of a moiety of the following chemical formula (4) or at least 2 kinds of the random arrangement of a moiety of the following chemical formula (4); and a and b are an integer of 0-100, wherein at least one of a and b is not 0.
