摘要 The cream-stabilized consumable emulsion for the production of beverage syrup of a ready-to-drink beverage in the food industry, comprises water (75-85 wt.%), modified starch (8-14 wt.%), terpene oil (3-12 wt.%), loading agent (3-10 wt.%) and an edible acid (0.2-0.8 wt.%) related to the total emulsion. The density of the oil is 0.915-1 g/l. The oil is dispersed in the water phase with a D90-value of the oil-particle diameter of 0.3 mu m. The pH value of the emulsion is 3-4. Independent claims are included for: (1) beverage syrup; (2) ready-to-drink beverage; and (3) method for producing an emulsion.
