The present invention refers to a mouth moisturising solution which allows humidity to be maintained within the oral cavity at suitable levels, with an electrolytic balance suitable for the body by means of the incorporation of a carboxymethyl cellulose film for avoiding humidity lost. The solution additionally has chemical substances acting as remineralizing agents and a substance that reduces the microbial population in the surface of the oral cavity. The invention provides a plurality of advantages to users such as: maintaining the moisture in the oral cavity for long periods of time without drinking water, reducing the probability of teeth decalcification caused by water consumption, as well as the microbial flora, thereby decreasing the possibility of infections originated by opportunist microorganisms.
