A tracking apparatus using a GPS function is provided to notify a protector to confirm the moving path of a user in case a user including an infant, a dementia patient, a paralytic or a mentally retarded person etc. deviates from the district of a protector. A GPS receiver(120) receives satellite information transmitted from a GPS satellite(300). A MICOM(130) compares a current coordinate value according to the satellite information which is received from the GPS receiver afresh in order to determine deviating from a section coordinate of a district(1a). A sound output part(140) generates a warning tone as a result of comparing in the MICOM in case the current coordinate value deviates from the section coordinate. A long distance communications part(160) wirelessly outputs the section deviating information for notifying to a cellular phone of a protector that user deviated from the district in case the current coordinate value deviates from the range of the section coordinate In the MICOM. |
